An early exploration of art in my twenties led me to learn figurative sculpture, which led to anatomy. My awe of the human body grew into a traveling massage practice. But my art muse had other ideas and I left body work for the professional fine art world.
After many fulfilling years, I still felt drawn to the healing arts, which feels natural to me. I circled back and in 2017 I became an associate certified positive psychology wellness coach (ACC). In 2021, I put roots down in Eugene as a plant-based foodie, completed my Oregon LMT licensure, and began working in chiropractic clinical settings.
Clients call me caring, intuitive, intentional, and kind. I strive to live up to these compliments daily. My specialties are: Swedish, Spot Deep Tissue, Scalp, TMJ, Facial, Trigger Point, Cupping, Light Pressure, and Side-lying massage. I’m told my warm hands provide spot deep tissue massage when/where needed along with a medium firm flowing style of bodywork. I offer hot towels to melt away deep tension, too. To me, innovative massage occurs intuitively by blending therapeutic and relaxation techniques. Even though my forte is upper body work, it often takes a whole-body approach to find long-term peace and resolution.
Shaped by our experiences, both mentally and physically, our life story shows up in our body, both good and bad. Together, we decipher those narratives to co-create a positive new script of body wellness. I’m honored to help guide my clients on their very personal journey, be it one of recovery or utterly deep relaxation. My goal is to deliver exactly what your body needs in that moment so you can reach your goal of doing what you love most in life for as long as possible. I want that for you and I’m here for you.
