We require a credit card when booking an appointment to uphold our cancellation policies. For your convenience, cancellations may be made online and via phone or text to (541)513-5264. Emailing us a cancellation is subject to our confirmation of receipt of the cancellation.

With respect to our massage therapists’ time and other clients on the waitlist, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of a cancellation/reschedule. We understand cancellations due to sickness and emergency situations will happen. We ask for your honesty and earliest notice possible as our massage therapists do not get paid for canceled appointments.

We will hold a credit card on file. You will be charged 60% of the out of pocket price of your booked session the first time you cancel within this 48 hour period. With any following offenses we will charge 100% of the appointment amount.

If you do not show for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the out of pocket price of your session. After a second no show you will no longer be seen at Mend.

This policy applies to both pay at time of service and insurance billed sessions.

Please note late arrivals may require shortening the length of your treatment.
