I have a deep passion for bodywork. My journey into this field began through my own experiences receiving work from many talented practitioners. Those experiences inspired me to pursue a path focused on helping others reconnect with and support their bodies.
I began studying Equine Osteopathy at the Vluggen Institute in 2015. I am very grateful to the teachers who helped build my foundation in viewing the body as a whole rather than as separate parts. Wanting to expand my practice to working with people, I attended Lane Community College’s Licensed Massage Therapy program and graduated in 2021.
My work is rooted in an osteopathic perspective, focusing on the individual as a whole and meeting each person where they are. I incorporate a variety of modalities to best support your goals and the needs of your body. My practice has a strong focus on manual therapy techniques, with an emphasis on visceral manipulation and craniosacral therapy.
Outside of my practice, you can usually find me spending time with my horse, reading, or exploring the natural world around us. I look forward to connecting with you and helping support balance and ease within your body.
