Choose the session that's right for you

Not sure which to pick? Your first visit is always an Initial Appointment — it gives us time to understand your needs before the work begins.

60-Minute Massage

60-minute session

A focused session targeting one to two problem areas. While your whole body will begin to relax and unwind, a full-body massage isn't typical in this time. Best for returning clients who know exactly what they need.

$105

90-Minute Massage

90-minute session

A more generous amount of time to address two or more areas of concern while also allowing your therapist to release tension through the whole body. The most popular choice for clients with multiple areas of tightness or pain.

Massage modalities

Techniques we draw from

Our therapists are trained across a wide range of techniques and will incorporate the approaches best suited to your session. If you'd like to request a specific modality, let us know when booking.

Pain relief & injury recovery

Acute injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, motor vehicle accidents

Deep Tissue

Sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of muscles and connective tissue — breaking up scar tissue and releasing chronic tension.

Neuromuscular

Gentle, sustained pressure on specific areas where the nervous system and muscles interact, designed to help the body return to its natural state of balance and reduce pain.

Myofascial Release

A gentle approach to balancing the tension patterns of the body's connective tissue. As symmetry is restored, abnormal pressure reduces and pain decreases over time.

Structural Integration

Deep manipulation of connective tissue to realign the skeleton and muscles, relieve gravitational strain, and allow the body to begin healing itself.

Cupping Therapy

Negative pressure applied via silicone or glass cups to increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and enhance the effects of deep tissue massage and myofascial release.

Gua Sha

A smooth tool is moved along lubricated skin to stimulate microcirculation of the soft tissue and increase blood flow — reducing chronic pain and inflammation.

Relaxation & nervous system support

Stress, anxiety, burnout, and resetting the body and mind

Swedish Massage

Long, flowing strokes and gentle kneading to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and improve overall wellbeing. A foundational technique woven through most sessions.

Light Pressure

A light touch can be felt deeply throughout the body. Highly effective in supporting the nervous system and encouraging whole-body relaxation.

CranioSacral Therapy

Extremely gentle work on the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Improves central nervous system function and can help with PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

Ashiatsu / Barefoot Massage

Deep, broad pressure applied with the therapist's feet while holding ceiling bars for support. Delivers an unusually even, broad pressure that hands simply can't replicate.

Specialized care

Pregnancy, post-surgery, lymphatic conditions, and clients with specific positioning needs

Prenatal & Postnatal Massage

Supportive massage for clients at any stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery. Your therapist is trained to work safely alongside the changes happening in your body.

Lymphatic Drainage

Gentle manipulation to help lymph move through the body. Particularly helpful for swelling from illness, surgery, or medical treatment.

Joint Mobilization & Passive Stretching

Passive movements applied to joints, muscles, and nerves to restore range of motion, improve function, and reduce pain — guided by your therapist on the table.

Side-Lying Massage

A full massage delivered while you rest on your side, supported by cushions and bolsters. Available for clients who are unable to lie face-down or on their back.
