Session types

Choose the session that's right for you

Not sure which to pick? Your first visit is always an Initial Appointment — it gives us time to understand your needs before we begin.

60-Minute Massage

60 min session

A focused session targeting one or two problem areas. Your whole body will begin to relax and unwind, though a full-body massage isn't typical in this time. Great for returning clients who know exactly what they need.

$105

90-Minute Massage

90 min session

A more generous amount of time to address two or more areas of concern while also allowing your therapist to release tension across the whole body. The most popular choice for clients with multiple areas of tightness or pain.

$140

Massage modalities

Techniques we draw from

Our therapists are trained across a wide range of techniques and will incorporate the approaches best suited to your session. If you'd like to request a specific modality, let us know when booking.

Pain relief & injury recovery

For acute injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, and motor vehicle accidents

Deep Tissue

Slow, sustained pressure targeting the inner layers of muscle and connective tissue. Effective for breaking up scar tissue and releasing chronic tension.

Neuromuscular

Focused pressure on specific points where the nervous system and muscles interact, helping the body return to its natural state of balance and reduce pain.

Myofascial Release

A gentle approach to balancing the body's connective tissue (fascia). Restores symmetry, reduces abnormal pressure, and decreases pain over time.

Structural Integration

Deep manipulation of connective tissue to realign the skeleton and muscles, relieve gravitational strain, and allow the body to begin healing itself.

Cupping Therapy

Negative pressure applied via silicone or glass cups to increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and enhance the effects of other manual therapies.

Gua Sha

A smooth tool is moved along lubricated skin to stimulate soft-tissue circulation. Reduces chronic pain and inflammation and promotes healing.

Relaxation & nervous system support

For stress, anxiety, burnout, and resetting the body and mind

Swedish Massage

Long, flowing strokes and gentle kneading to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and improve overall wellbeing. A foundational technique in all our work.

Light Pressure

A gentle touch that can be felt deeply throughout the body, highly effective in supporting the nervous system and encouraging whole-body relaxation.

CranioSacral Therapy

Extremely gentle work on the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Improves central nervous system function and can help with PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

Ashiatsu / Barefoot Massage

Deep, broad pressure applied with the therapist's feet while they hold ceiling bars for support. Delivers an unusually broad, even pressure unlike anything hands can achieve.

Specialized care

For pregnancy, post-surgery, lymphatic conditions, and clients with specific positioning needs

Prenatal & Postnatal Massage

Supportive massage for clients at any stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery. Your therapist is trained to work safely with the changes happening in your body.

Lymphatic Drainage

Gentle, targeted manipulation to help lymph move through the body. Particularly helpful for swelling from illness, surgery, or medical treatment.

Joint Mobilization & Passive Stretching

Manual techniques applied to joints, muscles, and nerves to restore range of motion, improve function, and reduce pain. Done on the table, with your therapist guiding the movement.

Side-Lying Massage

A full massage delivered while you rest on your side, supported by cushions and bolsters. Available for clients who are unable to lie face-down or on their back.

Acupuncture

Traditional care, integrated practice

Mend is home to a licensed Acupuncturist offering both initial and returning appointments. Acupuncture works alongside massage therapy to address pain, support the nervous system, and promote whole-body healing.

Whether you're exploring acupuncture for the first time or continuing an existing practice, our acupuncturist will take the time to understand your health history and goals before your session begins.
